Our
bar is at your disposal to relax around the fireplace and you can
enjoy generous portions of our regional and french cuisine served in a warm
atmosphere. Our dishes are prepared with farm products and we also
offer bush specialties such as wapiti, caribou, buffalo and deer.
We offer you a hearty breakfast with a buffet and a selection of
traditional dishes such as eggs with bacon and potatoes or our
specialties of buckwheat Brittany-style pancakes with eggs, ham and
cheese or sweet pancakes, with apples, maple syrup.
On reservation, we can organize brunches on Saturday and Sunday or even parties. Whether for a wedding, anniversary or
business meeting, we also offer special menus in our room, which can
accommodate 90 people; it is equipped with an audio-visual system
suitable for singing performers, dancing or seminars.
