RESERVATION POLICY

All reservation must be confirmed with a credit card.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of cancellation of a reservation, here the details of the amounts that will be charged to your credit card:
- 5 days before:                     20 % of the total amount;
- 3 days before:                     50 % of the total amount;
- 2 days before (48 hours): 100 % will be charged.

In winter, if the roads are closed because of bad weather, you can cancel your reservation until noon on your arrival date without any charge. This must be done by phone only, not by email.

DRINKS AND FOOD
 

 

No food or drink brought by you shall not be permitted in public areas of the inn. We are happy to serve you a drink at the bar or to present our card.

Under the Quebec law on alcohol, any drink brought in an establishment having a liquor license can not be drank in the building or on the outer parts (court, parking). These can be only drank in the rooms or adjoining galleries.
